S30 Welcomes Industry heavyweights to the team!
S30 announces addition of three industry leaders to its executive team, following the successful negotiation of two master franchise agreements.
Alan Myers, has been appointed as S30’s new Strategic Advisor. Joining him is Brendan Hurrell, who will step into the role of Head of Franchising at S30.
Operating from Queensland, Myers will drive S30’s ambitious expansion strategy. Meanwhile, Hurrell will be based at S30’s main office in Perth, contributing his expertise to further the company’s franchising success.
S30 is also excited to announce Harris Tihak as the new Head of Operations. Tihak, formerly State Manager at Nutrition Warehouse, will lead efforts to enhance the S30 experience for members, employees, and franchisees globally. His role is crucial in implementing innovative projects and initiatives across our expanding international network.
This announcement comes as S30 embarks on a significant development, following the successful negotiation of two master franchise agreements. Marking the beginning of an ambitious growth phase with plans to launch 40 franchises in NZ and 26 in Singapore.
New Zealand Master Franchise
Driving the launch into New Zealand will be industry veterans Darryl and Kelsey McLaughlin. Their proven track record in managing one of the country’s leading boutique fitness studios positions them perfectly for this role. Darryl McLaughlin, expressed his enthusiasm about introducing the unique S30 fitness experience to New Zealand.
“We’ve had the privilege of discovering S30 in Australia and are thrilled to be at the forefront of its expansion in New Zealand. The S30 product is truly one-of-a-kind and we have no doubt that it will be well received by fitness enthusiasts across the country as we begin our rapid national expansion and we can’t wait to launch our first Flagship in June this year” said Mr McLaughlin.
Singapore Expansion
In Singapore, the expansion efforts continue, led by Ben Ng, Darnerl Lim, and Xin Hui. Leveraging their success with F45 and CrossFit ventures to spread the S30 brand across the city-state.
With bold visions for growth, S30 plans to open 250 locations in Asia Pacific over the next seven years. Currently, the group operates 17 studios in Western Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and Singapore, with plans to add six more by mid-year.
Luke Faulkner, S30 Group CEO, highlighted the importance of a strong team for the company’s ambitious expansion plans. He praised the experience and insights brought by Harris, Alan and Brendan:

Together with the arrival of Hurrell and Myers, our team is primed for growth and we’re ready for the next chapter of our journey as a leading fitness franchise,” said Mr Faulkner.
S30 has tripled its franchise growth in the last 12 months. The company received a $2.2 million investment from AusGlobal Director, Peter Su in a private capital raise back in 2021.
